Your consent is a record, not a checkbox. This page is the plain-words notice we record when you sign up, and every agreement is stored, versioned, and timestamped against your organisation (you can ask us for the record any time under the Privacy Act).

Today the product is live for timesheets and site attendance (DayBook). The notice below is scoped to that; other workflows marked "coming soon" are not part of the service until we announce them as live, and we will tell you what they use and why before we collect it.

How your data is processed

To run your workflows I read only what a job needs — today that means your timesheets (who worked, when, where, and what they did) — then draft clean records and ask you to confirm before anything leaves. I never push money, payroll or contracts without your explicit confirmation. Other workflows shown on the site are 'coming soon' and do not process or store your data until they are live. Data stays in Australia by default; where an LLM provider processes outside Australia, personal information is minimised first and this notice is where that is disclosed.

What agreeing means

• You give us the documents and records your workflow needs.
• We draft clean records for your review.
• You (a named human) confirm before anything consequential happens.
• Where an AI provider processes outside Australia, personal information is minimised first — and this notice is part of that disclosure (APP 8).

Whose consent is recorded

Every person in your organisation who accepts the terms at signup has a consent record. Team members invited later consent to the same notice the moment they accept their invitation.
