How do I get the crew to remember to check out? Every week someone forgets, and the next morning there's a long story about why.
What ZimQi really does
If a site has shift times set, ZimQi sends a check-out reminder about 30 to 45 minutes before the site's end time, with a 🏁 Check out button. Crew can add a short note, confirm, and pick 🕔 Just now or ⏱ Earlier for the finish time. Just now ends with '🏁 Checked out. Your approver has the record.'
ZimQi is now in early-access beta testing. Crew use Telegram.

Questions about this strip
Is there a button in the check-out reminder?
Yes. The reminder reads like '🕒 Harbour St ends 15:30. Check out: /checkout 1 <what you did>' and has one button, 🏁 Check out.
Can crew add a note when they check out?
Yes. After tapping Check out they can type a short note of what they did ('📝 Note saved.'), then confirm, or just confirm.
