# ZimQi > ZimQi is a timesheet tool for Australian trade and field crews that runs in > Telegram, so workers don't install a new app. Crew check in and out in a > Telegram chat, a named owner or approver approves the hours, and approved > hours go to the bookkeeper as a CSV or into Xero. ZimQi is in early-access > beta. Prices are in Australian dollars (A$). ZimQi is made by FINDER tech (Findertech Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 42 631 675 673), a systems and automation company based in Sydney, NSW. ## What it does today - Check-in and check-out in Telegram at each site, with reminders. - Owner or approver approves or rejects hours in the chat; nothing is sent without a person's OK. - Smart Forms: site forms (for example pre-starts, toolbox talks, incident reports) filled in on the phone and saved as PDF or Word. - Filing to the customer's own Google Drive or Dropbox, in a folder per site. - Bookkeeper CSV: download approved hours as a CSV. - Xero Payroll AU: push approved employee hours to Xero Payroll (needs a Xero connection). - Xero draft bills for subcontractors: approved subbie hours can become draft bills in Xero for you to check and approve. - MCP server and REST API for connecting your own AI tools, on every plan. ## Coming soon - OneDrive filing. ## What it doesn't do - No live GPS tracking. If a company turns location on, a worker shares location once at check-in and once at check-out in Telegram, never live. - No quoting, no invoicing customers and no job management. Keep your accounting and job software for those. - Not a full HR or payroll system, and no award interpretation. Your bookkeeper or payroll software still calculates pay. ## Pricing (A$, from the pricing page) - Free trial: 30 days or 100 credits, whichever comes first.
